At Lunch Box du Mont, each box is hand-assembled the same morning, in limited quantities to guarantee freshness. No boxes are prepared in advance, no stock is kept.
This is even more true for Le Poké, where fresh vegetables require minute preparation. That's why we close orders at 7 PM the day before the pickup day.
