Traditional old-fashioned manufacturing and on-farm wood-fired distillation. The orchards of Maison LEFRANC are planted with tall-stemmed apple trees, without chemical fertilizers. The Calvados, aged from 3 to 35 years, mature in oak barrels — selected by Michel Lefranc himself, "Le Père Michel".
