You set the included amount
€16.40 per adult as a reference, which fully covers La Baguette du Mont with its local drink. Or the amount set in your partnership agreement.

Everyone builds their meal
Menu, format, dessert, dietary requirements: each participant chooses from the outing's link. Nothing to install, no account to create.

One invoice per outing
You pay the professional rate for the meals chosen, up to the included amount. Any extra is paid directly by the participant.

“You pay” is the professional rate invoiced up to the included amount. In the Pass, La Baguette du Mont is always served in Découverte format, with a local drink. Each menu also includes local crisps and a dessert; the Balade format comes with water. The included amount is a cap per participant: any unused amount is neither carried over nor refunded. Indicative simulation; the final amount is set in your agreement.
How an outing works
- You declare your outing to me at least 7 days in advance: date, estimated headcount, time and pick-up point.
- I confirm the outing based on the day's production capacity. You receive the order link and the deadline.
- You share the link with your participants. Each person builds their meal and flags their dietary requirements.
- At D-4, the headcount is locked. It becomes the minimum basis for the invoice.
- At D-3, ordering closes. A registered participant who hasn't ordered receives La Baguette du Mont ham and Emmental with a local drink.
- On the day, the meals, prepared that morning by my local producers and partners, are waiting for you in named bags.
- I send you a single invoice for the outing at D-3, once ordering has closed, payable before the service or by the due date set in your agreement.
Allergies and dietary requirementsThe default meal is allocated without taking any allergy or dietary requirement into account, since the participant did not declare them in time. It is your responsibility to make sure everyone has ordered before D-3. A participant with an allergy or on a special diet must not eat a meal allocated by default: I cannot be held responsible for the consequences of eating it.

- La boutique Produits Régionaux LEFRANC, in Ardevon: a few minutes' walk from the free shuttle stop and the footpath to Mont Saint-Michel.

- Delivery: assessed case by case and priced before the outing is confirmed.
