The salt-marsh lamb, emblematic of the South-Manche region, is the perfect example: a specialty that alone tells the rich story of the local produce. I admit I have a soft spot for the incredible fireplace that hosts grilled dishes and provides typical comfort, as do the outdoor areas that allow for a moment away from the tourist hustle and bustle.
